The Link G4X MazdaLink MX5NB2X ECU is a plug-in standalone ECU designed specifically for the Mazda MX-5 NB Facelift (2001–2005) models with VVT naturally aspirated 1.8L engines and non-VVT Mazdaspeed Turbo 1.8L engines. It installs inside the OEM ECU enclosure and connects directly to the factory wiring harness — no modifications needed.
Built for manual transmission vehicles only, this ECU delivers powerful tuning capabilities and full control over fuel, ignition, boost, and cam timing — ideal for both street and motorsport applications.
Note: Please ensure your ECU connector matches the product photo before purchase. Manual transmission only.
CAN Connector Update:
This ECU features a 4-pin powered CAN connector and is not compatible with the older CANPCB cable. Use the CANJST4 (Part No. 101-0198) cable to connect CAN devices. This port also supplies 12V power and ground, protected by a 3A self-resetting fuse.
